The Bee Well Group is an Out-of-Network (OON) provider for all insurance plans. This means we do not bill insurance directly, but we are happy to provide you with a detailed superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement of eligible therapy services.

Streamline Superbill Process

A superbill is a receipt for services that includes all the information your insurance company needs to process an out-of-network claim. Once you receive your superbill from us, you can submit it directly to your insurance provider to request reimbursement according to your plan’s benefits.

Tip: We recommend calling your insurance provider to ask:

• “What is my out-of-network coverage for outpatient mental health services?”
• “Do I have a deductible to meet before reimbursement begins?”
• “What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?”
